Engagement terms
Critical Deal research engagements are governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties before work commences. Standard terms include:
- Mutual NDA covering all engagement material.
- Anonymisation of participant identities in all client deliverables.
- Clear deliverables, timeline and fees, scoped against the named decision.
- Termination provisions for both parties.
Liability
Critical Deal exercises reasonable professional care in all work. Our liability is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement agreements with Critical Deal are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
